Ultra Picosecond uses Photoacoustic and photomechanical effects to crush pigment particles or tattoo ink within the skin, making it easier to be absorbed and metabolized by the body, so as to achieve the effect of lightening pigmentation and removing tattoos. Ultra Picosecond is able to produce a more intense photomechanical effect due to shorter pulses, which results in a more thorough and precise crushing of pigment, while reducing thermal damage to the surrounding tissues.
